Select the award category and subcategory that best fits your nomination. - Step 3: Complete Nomination Form
Fill out the detailed form with your project, company, or individual information along with narrative descriptions aligned with judging criteria. - Step 4: Upload Supporting Documents
Attach documents such as case studies, videos, press clippings, URLs, testimonials, and data reports. - Step 5: Review & Submit
Preview your entire submission to ensure completeness. Confirm and submit your entry. - Step 6: Payment
Proceed with nomination fee payment through a secure gateway (if required).
Step 7: Confirmation & Tracking
Receive a confirmation email and track your submission status anytime in your portal dashboard.
Guidelines for Supporting Documentation and Evidence
- Provide URLs to websites, portfolios, or press articles that validate or showcase the entry. They must be publicly accessible.
- Upload press clippings or media coverage in PDF, JPG, or PNG formats.
- Include video links (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo) or upload video files in MP4 format.
- Share case studies, reports, user testimonials, and data sheets that demonstrate impact and innovation.
- Ensure all files are virus-free and relevant to your nomination.

Format Requirements and Limits
- Maximum individual file size: 50MB
- Total upload limit per nomination: 250MB
- Text inputs: Maximum 650 words per narrative section
- Video duration limit: 5 minutes per submission
- All URLs must be publicly accessible without login or paywall.
- Entries missing required information or exceeding limits will be flagged for correction before judging.
